CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We understand that plans can change. As we run small, carefully planned retreats, the following cancellation terms apply.

  • A 25% deposit is required to secure your place and is non-refundable.

  • If you need to cancel:

    • More than 90 days before the retreat start date
      You will receive a refund of any payments made beyond the deposit.

    • Between 60 and 90 days before the retreat start date
      We retain 50% of the total retreat cost.

    • Less than 60 days before the retreat start date
      Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund.

  • You may request to transfer your place to another guest, subject to our approval.

  • No refunds are given for missed sessions, late arrival or early departure.

  • We strongly recommend taking out appropriate travel and cancellation insurance, as we’re unable to offer refunds due to personal circumstances such as illness, injury or travel disruption.

  • In the unlikely event that Anacho needs to cancel or significantly change a retreat, you’ll be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to another date.
