THE                             STORY

A journey shaped by real life, real pressure and real need.

Anacho exists for a reason, here’s what we stand for and where we’re going.

our VISION

our MISSION

is to create restorative spaces where women can pause, reconnect with themselves and carry calm and clarity back into everyday life.

our vision

is to create a community where women honour rest, reset regularly and prioritise their wellbeing without apology.

Oh and the                                           name?

Derived from a Latin word 'Anachoresis', meaning to pause or withdraw. After finding every obvious wellness name already in use, this word stood out because creating space to pause is exactly why Anacho exists.

Co-Founder

LAUREN LYONS

With two young daughters, a demanding consulting career and a partner building his own business, Lauren has lived the reality of constant motion. My real interests lie in how we stay grounded, curious and connected — to ourselves, to each other and to the world around us. She loves learning, meeting people who do things differently and exploring what modern fulfilment actually looks like.

Co-Founder

KRISTY EIVERS

As a mum of two working full-time in corporate events, with a partner often overseas, Kristy knows how much women carry while trying to stay present and fulfilled. Her focus is now on helping women create space and intention in already full lives, because focus, connection and real experience matter — and they’re often the first things we lose when life gets busy.

Personal Trainer

SANDRA RATEL

After raising two children and navigating life changes, Sandra realised it was finally time to invest in herself. Fitness had been constant for 15 years, and qualifying as a PT in the UAE gave her structure and purpose. It strengthened her body, lifted her mind and reminded her what she’s capable of — and she hopes it encourages others to invest in themselves too.
