Do I need prior experience or a certain fitness level?
No. All sessions are accessible and optional, with space to rest whenever you need.
Is everything on the itinerary mandatory?
No. The programme is gently structured, with generous free time built in.
Attending Solo or With Others
Can I attend on my own?
Yes. Many guests attend solo, and the retreat is designed to feel calm, welcoming and unpressured.
Is there pressure to socialise or share?
No. Connection happens naturally, with no expectation to participate beyond your comfort level.
Food & Accommodation
What’s included in the retreat?
Accommodation, all meals and refreshments, guided sessions, one treatment and a take-home gift.
Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
Yes, in most cases — please let us know in advance.
Is alcohol included?
Yes, alcohol is available in moderation. Our retreats focus on rest, connection and nourishment, so any alcohol is kept light and optional.
Booking & Practicalities
How does payment work?
A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your place. The balance is paid by invoice, with instalment options available.
What happens after I book?
We’ll be in touch personally with next steps, including payment details, a packing guide and your health and risk assessment form.
Cancellations & Changes
What is your cancellation policy?

Health & Safety
Do I need to complete any forms before attending?
Yes. All guests must complete a short health and risk assessment form prior to attending. Completion is required to take part in the retreat.
