Your Early Summer Anacho Escape

A gently structured four-day restorative escape designed to help you slow down, reset and reconnect — through movement, rest, nourishing food and meaningful moments of connection, all held in a calm, considered setting. May offers a rare pause between seasons, a chance to restore balance before the pace begins to shift.

You don’t need prior experience, a certain fitness level or to know anyone beforehand - this escape is designed to feel calm, welcoming and unpressured. However, for everyone’s safety, all guests are required to complete a short health and risk assessment form prior to attending. Completion of this form is mandatory, and attendance is conditional on it being returned in advance.

Payment details

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.

• The remaining balance must be paid by invoice no later than 90 days before the retreat start date and collected in line with our Terms & Conditions, arranged directly with the Anacho team.

• Payment instalments are available, with a maximum of three payments in total, including the deposit.

  The 10% launch offer for February will be applied to your final balance and reflected on your invoice.

After you book

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your deposit is secured via the website

• The Anacho team will be in touch directly to arrange your remaining payments and next steps including a risk assessment to complete

• Closer to the retreat, you’ll receive your welcome pack and preparation details
